We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Wat is het verschil tussen een Forturus® kit en een “standaard” noodpakket?

Is de Forturus® 24H Emergency Survival Pouch alleen voor extreme situaties?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Hoe lang gaat de inhoud van een noodpakket mee?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Heb ik speciale kennis of training nodig om de kit te gebruiken?
Onze kits zijn zo opgebouwd dat je met de handleiding al heel ver komt. Maar: hoe beter je je gear kent, hoe sterker je staat. We raden aan om je kit één keer rustig door te lopen, items uit te pakken, te testen (waar veilig en mogelijk) en basiskennis op te doen over eerste hulp, vuur maken, shelter bouwen en noodsignalen.
Zijn de Forturus® kits geschikt voor kinderen?
De inhoud is primair bedoeld voor gebruik door volwassenen. Sommige items (zoals vuurstarters, scherpe tools of bepaalde medische materialen) zijn niet geschikt voor kinderen. Bewaar de kit buiten bereik van jonge kinderen en gebruik hem altijd onder toezicht en met gezond verstand.
Waar bewaar ik mijn noodpakket het beste?
Het belangrijkste is dat je het snel kunt pakken als het misgaat. Thuis kies je bij voorkeur één vaste, herkenbare plek die voor iedereen in huis duidelijk is (bijvoorbeeld in de hal, bij de voordeur of naast de meterkast). Daarnaast is een extra pakket in de auto of camper handig, zodat je ook onderweg basisuitrusting bij je hebt.
Biedt Forturus® ook garantie op de producten?
Ja. Op alle Forturus® produkten geldt de wettelijke garantie. Daarnaast vinden we dat gear voor noodsituaties moet doen wat het belooft. Gaat er iets mis met een product bij normaal gebruik, neem dan contact met ons op – dan zoeken we samen naar een passende oplossing.
Leveren jullie ook aan bedrijven, organisaties of hulpdiensten?
Ja, we denken graag mee met organisaties die hun medewerkers, klanten of leden beter willen voorbereiden van kleine bedrijven tot grotere organisaties. Denk aan noodpakketten voor wagenparken, bergsportgroepen of veiligheidsdiensten. Neem contact met ons op voor maatwerk en grotere aantallen.
