Refund policy

At Forturus, we strive for high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can use our return policy as described below.

1. Cooling-off period: 14-day return right

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the product.

2. How to use your right of return?

Do you want to return a product? Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email within the cooling-off period to service@apxventures.nl including:

    • Name

    • Order number

    • Product(s) you wish to return

  2. You will receive return instructions and a return address from us.

  3. Pack the product carefully and send it back within 14 days after notification .

3. Conditions for returns

A return will be accepted when:

  • The product is complete .

  • The product is in its original condition .

  • Any accessories, manuals, or packaging are present.

You may handle the product as you would in a store. Has the product been used extensively? If so, we may charge a reduction in value .

4. Exclusions from the right of return

Some products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons  if the seal is broken.

  • Products clearly used  or damaged by the customer.

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable).

5. Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return:

  • We will refund you within 14 days ,

  • Via the same payment method you used to pay,

  • Including original shipping costs (for full return of the order).

Note: we may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you can prove that it has been returned.

6. Return shipping costs

The costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless it concerns:

  • A defective product upon receipt

  • An incorrectly delivered product

  • A product covered by warranty

In these cases, we will reimburse the return costs.

7. Exchange

Do you want to exchange an item for a different color, variant, or product?

Send us a message at service@apxventures.nl.
Exchange is possible as long as the product is in stock.

8. Received a defective or incorrect product?

Is your product damaged, incomplete, or not working as expected?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at service@apxventures.nl, with clear photos or videos.
We always solve it properly: replacement, repair, or refund.

9. Warranty

Forturus products fall under the legal warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.

If an additional manufacturer's warranty applies, we will mention this with the product.
