Return Policy

At Forturus, we strive for high-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy as described below.
1. Cooling-off period: 14-day right of return
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the product.
2. How do you exercise your right of return?
Do you want to return a product? Then follow these steps:

Product(s) you wish to return

You will receive return instructions and a return address from us.

Pack the product carefully and return it within 14 days of registration .
3. Conditions for returns
A return is accepted when:

The product is complete .

The product is in original condition .

Any accessories, manuals, or packaging are present.
You may handle the product as you would in a store. Has the product been used extensively? Then we may charge for depreciation .
4. Exclusions from the right of return
Some products cannot be returned, such as:

Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken.

Products that have clearly been used or damaged by the customer.

Personalized or products made especially for you (if applicable).
5. Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return:

If we refund you within 14 days ,

Using the same payment method you used to pay,

Including the original shipping costs (for a full return of the order).
Please note: we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you can prove that it has been returned.
6. Return costs
The costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense , unless it concerns:

A defective product upon receipt

An incorrectly delivered product

A product covered by warranty
In these cases, we reimburse the return costs.
7. Exchange
Would you like to exchange an item for a different color, variant, or product?
Send us a message via service@apxventures.nl.
Exchanges are possible as long as the product is in stock.
8. Received a defective or wrong product?
Is your product damaged, incomplete, or not working as expected?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via service@apxventures.nl, with clear photos or videos.
We always resolve it properly: replacement, repair, or refund.
9. Warranty
Forturus products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it.
If an additional manufacturer's warranty applies, we will state this with the product.
